When a client is in distress, I provide direction to restore safety and clarity; as distress eases, I shift toward education and skills development so clients can eventually take those tools into their own hands. My aim is always for clients to reach a point where they no longer need me."
Meet Lizanne Coetser

Lizanne is a dedicated career development practitioner with a passion for helping people find clarity, direction and confidence.
Her work focuses on the people who don't always fit the standard mould: students exploring pathways beyond ATAR, homeschooling families navigating further study options, adults reconsidering their career direction after a significant life change.
Lizanne's approach blends career counselling, coaching and practical planning, always adapting to what each individual needs. Sessions are conversational and exploratory, grounded in evidence-based frameworks, and focused on building the self-awareness and practical strategies that lead to real, lasting decisions.
She holds a Master of Education and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development and Counselling, and is registered with the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) as a Professional Career Development Practitioner.
