What is a Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner (RPCDP)?

A Registered Professional Career Development Practitioner (RPCDP) is a qualified professional recognised by the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) — the national peak body for career development practice in Australia.

To hold RPCDP status, a practitioner must complete a CICA-endorsed Graduate Certificate in Career Development or higher, maintain active professional membership, commit to ongoing professional development, and adhere to a strict code of ethics.

What this means for you as a client is straightforward: you are working with someone who is formally trained, ethically accountable, and continuously developing their knowledge and skills.
