Some situations do not fit a standard service. The Bespoke Career Service is a tailored package designed with you, agreed in writing and adjusted only when we both agree.

After your enquiry or a completed Sea Change Careers service, we consider whether a tailored package may suit you.
If it may suit, you are invited to a free 30-minute online call to discuss your needs and possible outcomes. This call is for scoping only, not career advice.
You receive a proposed scope, agreed outcomes and a quote.
4. First paid session
5. Agreed work
We begin with contracting, confirming goals, roles, timing, costs and how changes will be handled, so we are both on the same page.
Each stage is paid before that work begins, either in full upfront or through an agreed instalment plan.

Why we use a written agreement
Your needs may change during the service. With agreement from both of us, the scope and cost can change, for example if:
• You complete planned steps independently, which may reduce the remaining work and cost
• You experience a significant life change during the service
• You no longer need the service, for example because you have found work or resolved the issue.
Contracting is about transparency, not locking you in. A clear agreement helps make sure you receive and pay only for support you want and need, and that we share the same understanding of what was agreed.
Each change is confirmed in a new written agreement before the changed work begins.

What it is not
You may pause or stop at any time by letting us know in writing. Prepaid stages that have not started are refunded. Completed work and work already in progress are not refunded. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
This is not urgent or crisis support, an unlimited service or a guarantee of employment or a particular outcome. If a standard service would meet your needs, we will suggest that instead.
